Weekend events in Navi Mumbai
Milte Hai Yaar is a real-life community in Navi Mumbai where strangers meet, play, create, laugh and sometimes become friends.
Come alone. Bring friends. Either way, you belong.

so what is this?
Somewhere between work, WhatsApp groups, Instagram stories and busy weekends, making actual friends got weirdly difficult.
Milte Hai Yaar is our little attempt to fix that.
We create fun, low-pressure spaces where people can meet without needing an introduction, a mutual friend or an excuse.
You don't need a squad. That's literally what we're here for.
Talk to someone you've never met. You might be surprised.
Games. Art. Improv. Trivia. Gupshup. There is always something happening.
Because the goal isn't just another event. It's finding your people.

it's really this simple
01
Find something that sounds fun.
02
Come alone or bring your people.
03
We'll make sure you don't spend the whole event talking to your phone.
04
Maybe one. Maybe five. Maybe your future best friend.
Warning: You may accidentally make a friend.
kids to nanis
Screen-free fun, creativity, games and new friendships.
Fun social experiences, creativity and opportunities to meet people their age.
Weekend plans that don't involve sitting at home scrolling.
Conversation, companionship, activities and a reason to step out and meet people.
Occasional experiences where generations can come together.
Most events are designed for specific age groups so everyone can feel comfortable. But every once in a while, we bring everyone together too.
We live in a time where it's incredibly easy to connect with people online and surprisingly difficult to make a friend in real life.
We want to create more places where people can be awkward together.
Where you can show up alone. Where nobody cares how cool you are.
Where you can laugh at a terrible joke. Lose spectacularly at a board game. Make terrible art. Try improv. Talk to a stranger.
And maybe walk home thinking… “Hey, that was actually really nice.”
We're building a community where people of different ages, backgrounds, personalities and abilities can meet comfortably.
We are committed to making our events as accessible and welcoming as possible, and we're continuously learning how to do better.
Need something specific for you or your family? Just ask us and we'll sort it out.

Jahnavi & Kartikeya
meet the humans behind milte hai yaar
Two people who struggled to make friends… and accidentally started a community.
It started at an improv workshop, turned into a marriage and a move to a new city, and then a lot of waiting for friends to visit. Eventually we got tired of waiting.
real words, real people
I’ve attended both the in-person and online Improv Workshops by Jahnavi, and absolutely loved both the sessions.
The games are genuinely hilarious and engaging. You get to laugh, be spontaneous, let your guard down, and just enjoy the moment.
Jahnavi does a fantastic job of making everyone feel comfortable and involved. If you’re looking for something fun, different, and a great way to break out of your routine, I’d definitely recommend giving this workshop a shot.
I recently attended an incredible interactive session led by Jahnavi, and it was outstanding! We were a group of trainers and working professionals. She carries exceptional communication and effortless leadership skills. She managed the entire room beautifully, keeping everyone fully engaged with fantastic activities and an energetic vibe. It was the perfect blend of fun and learning. Highly recommended!
Very good at her craft. The sessions are fun and full of learning.
Lots of Fun and amazing Experience
It was an amazing session. To take a break from adulthood and play like children is so refreshing. Jahnavi is a great facilitator. A good hour of laughter and innocent play. Thank you so much for conducting this.
Come be the next one on this wall.
